Youth registration:

Youth application

There is a $10.00 registration fee for explorers. This is an annual fee with membership beginning the day of registration. Payments can be made online, by mail, or through this website. However for all explorers under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must sign the youth application.  The application can be found at the link above or here. Registered youth will receive a receipt upon payment that also acts as a temporary membership card. This card when shown after registering for a program through an exploring executive will validate your registration as an Explorer. As well, Youth's can pre-register on this website by going to the career exploring calendar of events, clicking on the event desired, and following the registration steps. Pre-registration is required for attendance as each program is designed to hold a different number of youth. E-mailing an exploring executive will also qualify as pre-registering however, this is only valid when confirmed by an executive. Please include, full name, age, high school, and school contact (educator involved in Exploring) when registering.

Adult Volunteers:

Adult Application

There is a $10.00 annual fee for all adult volunteers. As well they must fill out the adult application. All adult volunteers submit to a background check ensuring the safety of the youth Explorers they wish to interact with. The adult application can be found here or at the link above. Partnered (chartered) Organizations:

There is a $20.00 annual fee for all organizations wishing to become chartered partners with the Exploring program. As well each organization must fill out the New Unit Application which can be facilitated by contacting an Exploring staff member. More information regarding this process is available by contacting an Executive today. Also the Fact sheet will have some more information regarding what the expectations of chartered organizations.
